Where this started
Money collected at doorsteps is the hardest money to see: an agent leaves in the morning with a route in their head and returns in the evening with cash and a story. This platform replaces the story with a record - routes assigned and sequenced at the branch, every visit entered on the agent's phone, and a monitoring view that watches the day unfold.
Decision 01
Routes are sequenced, not remembered.
The branch assigns each route to an agent and sets the visit priority, enrolment by enrolment - with skips and re-sequencing tracked, future balances visible, and terminated-group balances flagged right on the route. The agent's day is planned before it starts.
Decision 02
The doorstep writes the record.
The agent's app carries the day: tasks, collections entered with amount and denominations, petrol allowance, and a running collected-versus-collectable tally. What is entered at the doorstep is what the branch sees - no evening reconstruction.
Decision 03
The branch watches the day, not the summary.
Agent monitoring shows every visit as it lands - subscriber, group, amount, payment mode, bill number, and cancellations with their reasons. The day's collections sync into the platform's teller and ledger, so field cash and book cash are the same number.
The result
Collections now arrive as data, not as an evening story: routes planned to the visit, entries written at the doorstep, the branch watching in real time, and every rupee landing in the same ledger as the rest of the business. Built as part of the AAC platform - designed to stand alone for any business that collects in the field.
