Where this started
Job seeking is mostly silence: send the CV, hear nothing, wonder. Glibsy's candidate app was designed to break that silence twice - first by helping candidates build a complete profile without facing a blank page, then by telling them exactly what happens to every CV they put into the world.
Decision 01
Onboarding builds the profile for you.
From an OTP signup, the app walks candidates through their story step by step - languages, hard and soft skills, hobbies, projects, certifications - each step skippable, each one a screen, not a form field lost in a scroll. The profile assembles itself as you answer.
Decision 02
Certificates carry their receipts.
A certification entry is not a text line - it holds the verification link to the issuing platform. A recruiter one tap away from proof treats the claim differently.
Decision 03
The CV is a living object, not a PDF in the dark.
Candidates keep multiple CVs - one active, others ready - and each carries its own scoreboard: views, shortlists, downloads. Job seeking gets a feedback loop: see which version of yourself the market responds to, and switch.
The result
Forty screens, designed end to end: a candidate goes from a phone number to a complete, verifiable profile, and every CV they activate reports back - viewed twelve times, shortlisted twice, downloaded once. The silence after 'apply' finally has numbers in it.
